On Wednesday Kate & I continued the end of summer tradition of a girls day. As usual we headed to the Machine Shed for a cinnamon roll the size of Kate's head.
Next we spent some time at a pottery store where Kate painted a plate. I thought it would be fun for her to have a set of plates when she graduated...one for each summer (and hoping she will still want to spend the day with her mama when she's 13-18 years old!)
She then talked me in to painting another piece...a monkey of course!
We spent the rest of the day running a few more errands and hanging out at the house. I love this little girl so much and am so lucky to get to spend alone with her!
