This Weekend

Some photos from this weekend...

Kate's 2nd soccer game. The weather was a bit chilly, but the sun was out so that was really nice. Kate has not loved the season so far...she whines a bit about going to games and practices, but once she is out on the field she seems to have a good time. 

 In keeping with her personality, she is not at all agressive on the field and tends to hang back from the action. Yesterday there was a boy from her class on the other team and when she saw him she gave him a big hug, despite the fact that the game was going on.  

 Andrew was not at all happy because there was no free goal that he could play in, but then discovered the mud by the field and was soon quite content. 

 In other news, we are dipping our toes in Operation Potty Training. Today at Target Andrew picked out some underwear.

 We had a great first day! We had him go on the potty every 30 minutes and he did great. Only one accident, and that was at the park. 

 There is NOTHING cuter than little boy underwear. 

 And to wrap up the weekend, Jason & the kids finished putting together the picnic table that they have been working on. 

Today was {literally} a breath of fresh air as we could finally spend some time outside. We are looking forward to much warner weather in the weeks ahead!
