The day before Easter we headed to the zoo for some fun. Despite the chilly and rainy weather, we had so much fun!
Meeting the {creepy} Easter Bunny.
Finding eggs: each kid got a card with a certain color and needed to find 12 to fill their egg carton. They then took it to a table where the egg contents were dumped into a bag. It was really well-organized, and the kids got great treats!
Last year, we took Andrew to the carousel and he was terrified. This year he begged to go on and loved every minute.
Kate appropriately chose a bunny to ride.
The zoo also had several Easter crafts & an animal scavenger hunt which were both entertaining as well. We will definitely be heading back for this event next year!
