Last month Kate told me: "My favorite day is my birthday. My favorite week is the cabin. And my favorite month is December." This week is definitely a highlight of the year for us. After 10 years of being in the same cabin, this year we were on a new lake. And while the weather was less than cooperative, we still had an amazing time!
This photo was taken less than 2 minutes upon arriving at the cabin. A great reward for an all day car ride! The rest of the pictures show all of the fun we had: LOTS of fishing, playing in the sand & with cousin Knoxley, cozy time inside, tubing, canoeing, paddle boarding and one day at the indoor water park when we couldn't take the cold & rain any longer.
As always, we are thankful to grandma & grandpa for this week of amazing family memories.
