I can't believe January is already winding down! Not going to lie: I am definitely counting the days until spring, but this month has gone quite quickly. Here's what we have been up to.
Attempt at sledding: it was freezing and there was barely enough snow. The attempt didn't last long.
Better enjoyed from inside.
With an amazing latte.
On New Years Eve we got to party with our friends. They went above and beyond, and included crafts for the kids, great food, and a balloon drop at "midnight" (aka 8pm). Andrew was the best dancer there.
True love: letting Andrew color a tiny piece of my new coloring book.
Trip to Barnes and Noble with Grandma C
Playing hockey in the basement.
Awhile ago, Jason found some unused space under the steps in our basement. He has since turned it into an incredible play space.
The kids set up all of their science equipment and made a "kids lab". Members only.
This weekend the Vogels helped us with a new backsplash in our kitchen. This is what happens when the Vogel men get together.
The finished project!
In my bubble.
I found these in Kate's backpack. They are notes from her classmates and tell her how she "lights up the classroom". Love that their teacher has them do this!
