We spent a wonderful afternoon at a new-to-us location: an arboretum about 25 minutes from our house. The weather was amazing and we had the whole place to ourselves so the kids could romp around and explore.

Next we did some off-roading to get to a little pond.
Where of course we threw water sticks & rocks.
Andrew's happy dance at mommy finding a fresh supply of rocks.
And a rare quiet moment for a boy who usually goes 110 mph at all times.
Love this little boy so much and could not think of a better way to spend his third birthday.
