We have had a great winter break! I somehow failed to snap a lot of photos, especially during our time in Sioux City, but here is a glimpse of our Christmas this year.
On day #1 of break we made a road trip to visit friends in Omaha. This was a great kick-off to our vacation!
The kids were SO excited it snowed on Christmas Eve. We didn't get much, but it was so pretty and enough for kids to make Christmas snow angels and a baby snowman in the backyard.
Christmas eve family project: fruit Christmas trees. They were fun to make and a big hit at dinner.
Kate once again rocked it as a shepherd in the Christmas play.
Our favorite meal of the year: crab legs on Christmas Eve!
I had been waiting months for this moment: giving Kate Hamilton tickets. We are SO excited to go to Chicago in March!

Not pictured: our fun two days in Sioux City where we opened more gifts, got lots of baby cousin cuddles, went sledding and had a great time with the Vogels.
So thankful for our merry & bright Christmas!
