Little Moments

I haven't posted anything in awhile because we haven't done anything big or adventurous lately, other than the week spent tiling the mudroom floor (which looks great!). January was a relaxing month, filled with lots of hours playing inside and hanging out as a family. Here are a few snapshots...

Andrew playing under the table. He would push his tractor and I would give it back to him. Repeat x 10.

There were a few afternoons that were warm enough to go outside.
Painting with shaving cream. Despite her face, Kate loved it!

My two boys showing off their matching shoes. For the record, Andrew's shoes of choice this winter have been Kate's old pink snow boots. Mama was unorganized and by the time I thought to buy him new boots, they were pretty picked over. I figured pink boots were fine for playing in the snow, little did I know that he would want to wear them EVERYWHERE. For places of importance, like church, we convince him to put on his shoes that match daddy's.
Mr. Potato Head silliness.
 And sweetness.
Andrew taking Omaha Zoo Monkey for a walk with Pup-Pup.
Painting mailboxes that they built at Home Depot. Both of them take these projects very seriously!

Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
