Yesterday we drove to Omaha, where Uncle Mike had tickets for a huge pumpkin farm. Grandma & Grandpa Vogel met us there as well, and we spent 4 hours enjoying the activities.
Building with giant Lincoln Logs.
Racing daddy...as you can see by Kate's face, she was in it to win it.
Victory!
Andrew and Kate climbing in a replica of a horse-drawn school bus.
Why do I feel that both of my children would have been asked to find a different mode of transportation to school?!
View from a wagon ride.
Andrew spotting the bubbles.
Two very hungry spiders.
Hay-rack ride to the pumpkin fields.
A S'more sandwich with chocolate chip cookies? Yes, please!
Jumping into the hay pile.
And jumping on the jumping pillow (this was probably Andrew's favorite part).
And finally, some relaxing in the corn pool.
As you can see, it was quite the busy & fun-filled day. Thanks to Uncle Mike for the tickets and to Grandma & Grandpa for meeting us there!
