Hope everyone had a wonderful Independence Day. We spent the week in MN with Jason's family and had a fabulous time. Kate got to go to her first parade the morning of the 4th. Here we are waiting for it to start.
She was really confused at first...you mean people throw candy? And I get to run and pick it up?? And eat it??? She quickly got the hang of it and of course, loved every minute!
We then camped out to wait for fireworks. Kate found the perfect climbing tree, which kept her busy for literally hours.

The show was spectacular and Kate said "oooh! ahhh!" for each one, just like she had practiced with Daddy.
